Our 2015 Legend of the Year: Bob Brown
The Broadcast Legends bestowed its annual Legend of the Year award for 2015 — the Myrna — to board member (and head of the Legends’ A/V Club) Bob Brown.
The announcement was made at the holiday celebration on December 18 at the Basque Cultural Center in South San Francisco. Bob was photographed at the event flanked by Legends Father Miles Riley (at left) and Noah Griffin (at right).
Highly deserving of the award, Bob joins a star-studded group of previous Myrna recipients. View the list of Legend of the Year recipients here.

Join us on Friday, December 18, as we celebrate the holiday season with a gala celebration featuring music, mirth and merriment at the magnificent Basque Cultural Center in South San Francisco!
Our program will include musical performances featuring Ben Fong-Torres, George Yamasaki, Kurt Huget, Abe Battat and Noah Griffin, plus a special presentation of Dave Parker’s “A Christmas Carol: The Sequel,” starring an all-star cast that will include Dan Odum (“Scrooge”), Stan Bunger (“Bob Cratchit”), Peter Cleaveland (“Kid on the Street”), Hal Ramey (“The Man”), Celeste Perry (“The Maid”). In addition to writing the script, Mr. Parker will also serve as narrator.
